Arnor Jensen has an unusually strong background from company management and project management, combined with a strong professional foundation. In addition to the positions mentioned above, he has been a board member of Barlindhaug AS and a board member/chairman of subsidiaries (entrepreneur, property and consultancy). He has led the implementation of demanding studies and detailed engineering assignments for large infrastructure developments nationally and on Svalbard. Partly as part of projects for international customers.
Aligned with his academic background, he has participated in several research projects at NTNU and participated in academic committees nationally and internationally. As head of FE Nord, Arnor has the overall professional responsibility in Multiconsult for Coastal, Marine and Arctic technology ("competence centre"). A technology environment that he himself has spearheaded the development of.
Arnor knows Multiconsult's operations very well and has a good strategic ownership perspective for further commercial development of the values that have been developed through the company's operations over a long period of time.
Arnor knows the Foundation well through participation in the election committee from 2015, later as a member of the board from 2020 and as deputy chairman from 2021. From 2021, Arnor has also led the election committee in Multiconsult ASA, as a representative of the largest owner, the Foundation.

Kristin Høili knows the construction industry very well after a versatile career in companies with various roles in the industry.
In addition to Multiconsult's consulting and planning activities, she has experience from the supplier industry, property development and more. Kristin has worked with project management since 1999 and started at Multiconsult in 2007 to establish a unit for project and engineering management in the Østfold region. This unit quickly became central to the interdisciplinary assignments in Østfold, where architects and consultants were co-located.
Kristin has extensive experience from various line management positions in Multiconsult Østfold. In addition, she has been part of the management team for the Building & Property business area for a long period of time, which covers the entire company. In parallel with managerial duties, she has continuously participated in assignments as project and assignment manager.
This background provides a good starting point for seeing the company from the perspective of the owners of the Foundation. Kristin has been a member of the Foundation's board of directors since 2018, and before that a deputy member for one year.

Simen is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim. He started his career in 1986 as a Researcher at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment, in the system analysis department. In 1988, he joined Kværner Engineering, gradually taking on various leadership roles including Project Director for the Åsgard B platform for Statoil and later as Corporate Director for major projects in Norway and internationally. Following the merger with Aker, he was appointed Corporate Director for major field developments nationally and internationally in the new company, AkerKværner. In 2007, he was appointed CEO of AkerKværner ASA, which later became Aker Solutions ASA. In 2010, he started as the CEO of Odfjell Drilling and has worked there since. In 2022, Odfjell Drilling was divided, and he now holds the position of Chairman of Odfjell Drilling and CEO of the newly established Odfjell Technology. In his earlier career at Kværner and Aker Solutions, Simen worked with Multiconsult on several major projects. He was a member of the board of Multiconsult from 2018 to 2020.

Hedvig Bugge Reiersen (b. 1979) has a PhD in company law from the University of Oslo and is a lawyer (partner) in Wikborg Rein Advokatfirma AS. She works with M&A and disputes within company law and has extensive experience as an advisor of foundations and listed public limited companies. Hedvig's consultancy includes, among other things, the establishment and follow-up of corporate governance guidelines, remuneration schemes for leading persons and other issues related to corporate law.
Since 2017, Hedvig has been engaged as secretary and legal advisor for the Multiconsult Foundation and has an in-depth understanding of both the Foundation and Multiconsult ASA. She is a board member (deputy chairman and member of the compensation committee) of Endúr ASA and heads the Norwegian Bar Association's legal committee for company law.

Tove has extensive experience as a trained employee and manager at various levels in Multiconsult, and thus knows the business well. She has shown a good understanding of the value of collaboration across a large corporation, i.e. the potential that may be released when the entire company functions as an integrated team.
She also has a versatile experience from external board positions and business operations. This has given her a good understanding of the essentials of creating business results. Through the external positions, she also has good training in distinguishing the different roles of owners, board and administration in a company.
Tove was a member of the foundation's board of representatives 2018 – 2022, the last year as leader.

Jone holds a degree in economics from the University of Bergen and the University of Stavanger. He began his career at Solvang Rederi before joining Hydrotech, the predecessor to the IKM Group, as Finance Manager. He then moved to the Aker group, where he held various roles including VP Project Finance/Project Management and SVP with responsibility for tender processes and project follow-up, as well as participating in major EPCI projects as Business Manager with responsibility for finance, project finance, project management, risk management and cash management.
From 2012, he served as Chief of Staff at Odfjell Drilling, with responsibility for finance/project control, legal affairs, IT, shared services (IT, Finance, HR, Procurement), administration, commercial training and business management. He was also responsible for all major improvement programmes relating to the streamlining of projects and operations, as well as cost efficiency measures at all levels of the company.
